Commission Information

Thank you for your interest in my art!

After you read my Terms of Service below,
please email me at [email protected] to request a commission.

Communication will be through email only ([email protected]). You are welcome to DM me on Tumblr about setting up a commission! We will move the conversation to email once we get started.Currently, all commissions are digital only. If you would like a print version, you are welcome to have it printed on your own. Please show me if you do; I would love to see it!All digital files will be in A4 size at 300dpi unless requested otherwise. When commissioning a piece of artwork of your tav/durge/original character, please include the following:- A basic overview of the character including gender, BG3/DnD class, and a bit about their personality. Feel free to send a backstory or anything else that you think will help me get a general idea of them!- At least 3-4 reference photos. Please make sure that at least one of them has good lighting. This is important for me to get accurate skin and hair colors.- References for styling (clothes, hair, jewelry) - these can be something in the game, from a mod, or something of your choosing. If clothing or hair is particularly intricate or detailed, pricing will be higher.- What kind of setting you'd like them to be in. Usually, I use blurred screenshots from the game or free-to-use images online. I'm happy to do just a simple, general color scheme as well.- Anything else you'd like me to know!

- Commission Process -Once we discuss and I confirm your commission, I will send you an invoice for 50% of the commission price. Once paid, I will begin the sketch/linework. I will send this to you for approval. Once approved, I will send you an invoice for the remaining 50% of the payment.Initial sketch: You may request minor adjustments in this phase. Any edits to composition, styling, poses, or perspective can ONLY be made in this stage of the process. Once I begin coloring, I will not be able to make changes like this. After the sketch is approved, the rest of the payment must be paid before I continue.Rendering/finished piece: The only edits I can make to the finished piece are color adjustments and small tweaks. I cannot make any major linework changes after the initial approval.Pricing and expected turnaround times are included in each individual listing. The more detail, the higher the price, though I will stay within the given price range unless we've discussed otherwise. If I expect a piece to take me longer than the amount of time you've been quoted, I will let you know ASAP! If, at any point, you'd like an update on how your commission is going, feel free to contact me. I will try my best to send you updates throughout the process!- Refund Policy -There are two instances in which I will grant you a refund:1. If the paid for work has not yet been started.2. If there are extenuating circumstances in which I am not able to finish the piece. If you need to cancel your commission, please let me know ASAP. I understand that things happen, and I'm happy to work with you on a solution (a less complex piece, putting a pause on the work, etc).
